We had our 19 year old Furnace and AC replaced by AirTech. I was impressed with Chris who came to evaluate and give us an estimate. Very professional. Then I was very impressed with Steve and his crew that showed up right before the horrible Polar snow storm and replaced our old furnace with a beautiful new unit. This included a humidifier, and a new AC which I am sure we won't even need for another 6 months. They did the majority of work in one day, and under the crawl space. The finished work looks great, even new exhaust ports, removal of old duct work, and brand new connections from the AC all the way back to the blower. Very professional and clean looking work. The thermostat is state of the art and we hardly even notice when the heater is on because it is so quiet and efficient. 11 Stars out of 10 for this company. Many thanks to the AirTech team.

I called Air-Tech early in the morning (my A/C had given out the night before) assuming a wait, they were able to repair the A/C unit right-a-way. I asked if they could fix it later in the day due to my schedule - They were very accommodating, and there on time! He had it repaired in a timely manner and he even cleaned the unit area! John is always a professional! Thank you for the efficient service. I now have my A/C back and its running great!

The guy that came out was very professional, and very nice! He got straight to work, figured out what was wrong very fast and fixed it in a timely manner! Absolutely thankful for Air Tech! I now have my AC back and its running great! Super appreciative for this business! I highly recommend them!

I do NOT recommend! I called on black Friday 2020, my gas water heater and stopped working weds night. Chris was efficient enough, he called me back within a cpl hours and showed up within a few but was all downhill from there. Very quickly changed our thermo couple without testing, charged me $160.50, for which I wrote him a check and he left immediately without another word and without waiting to make sure it fixed the problem. I soon realized it in fact did dot fix the problem and called Chris to let him know. He said he didn't know what to tell me, asked me the same few questions repeatedly like I don't know that its not working, he tried to give me some obvious line of BS about the cold water in the tanking causing condensation thats dripping on the pilot and putting it out. Heathen told me to take It apart and check this and check that. I said I would but I was sure I'd be calling him back. When that was fruitless and I did call him back he didn't answer. I left message. I called powder river and spoke with a knowledgeable tech named Josh who dropped everything and came right out. When Chris did eventually call me back he had a bad attitude and seemed upset I called somebody else. Never once was there an offer of my service fee back. I admit he did say several times that he'd come back if he "needed to", but he didn't. And id say since I hired you to fix it, payed you, you did NOT bother to check your work, and I called a couple times to let you know it didn't work that that meant you needed to come back and fix it? Duh. So yes I hired Josh with powder river heating to fix it and I highly recommend him, and I was ripped off and treated poorly by Chris with air tech for $160.50 and wouldn't recommend that anybody use air tech again. I did not cancel the check I wrote air tech, they can have it if they need it so badly but they better count it twice because its the last of my money they will ever get.
